佛學中心固定於每星期五開設大圓滿加行實修課程、每月吉祥日舉行薈供及精進持誦綠度母心咒，眾弟子們依照仁波切所傳授的教法實踐，相關的實修課程與薈供，自基金會成立以來不曾間斷。本基金會也不定期舉行各項法會。
